How can we help?
CraftManuals patterns are made to be simple to find, simple to download, and lovely to use.
Are CraftManuals products physical items?
No. Every pattern is a digital PDF download. Nothing physical is shipped, so you can start crafting as soon as your order is complete.
When will I receive my pattern?
Paid patterns are available immediately after successful checkout. You can also find them later in My CraftManuals under My Downloads.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout supports credit and debit cards, with PayPal available where enabled. Payment details are handled by the connected payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refunds are handled case by case. Contact us with your order number if a file is missing, damaged, or not as described.
What skill level are the patterns?
Each product shows its difficulty level. Many of our 3D beading patterns are beginner-friendly and include materials lists, diagrams, and step-by-step assembly notes.
Can I sell projects I make from a pattern?
Patterns are for personal use unless a product page says otherwise. You may enjoy and gift finished projects; please do not redistribute or resell the PDF instructions.
